This replacement filter is compatible with the Smarald® filter bottle.
The Smarald® replacement filter consists of 2 stages:
✪ Filter membrane with 0.2 μm nano-tissue water (referred to as germ barrier).
✪ Aftertreatment capsule filled with high quality activated carbon made from coconut husk. The spill-proof bottle made of BPA-free tritanium plastic holds 0.65 liters.
✪ The filter housing is made of BPA-free plastic Tritan and absolutely harmless!
✪ The lifetime is about 1000 liters depending on the water quality.
✪ Both parts can be exchanged easily.
✪ The Smarald® water filter exceeds the EU and EPA filter standards! It removes up to 99.9999% of water-borne bacteria, 99.9% of water-borne protozoan parasites and filters down to 0.2 μm, removes E. coli, Giardia and Cryptosporidium oocysts and many other water-based pollutants.
