5-year guarantee – terms

2. Products covered

Smarald® stainless steel shower hoses DS-0001, DS-0002, DS-0002-B and DS-0003 and the Smarald® washing machine pre-filter WF-001, bought new in the Smarald® online shop (smarald.com) or in a Smarald® shop on an online marketplace.

3. What the guarantee covers

For 5 years from delivery we guarantee that the product is free from defects in material and manufacture. If such a defect occurs, we will, at our choice, deliver an equivalent replacement or refund the purchase price paid. We bear the costs of the replacement delivery.

4. Exclusions

Not covered are normal wear (in particular of seals and filter inserts), limescale and dirt deposits, damage caused by improper installation, force or kinking, by water pressure or temperatures above the stated limits, by aggressive cleaning agents, and damage in commercial use.

5. How to claim

Report the guarantee claim within the guarantee period by e-mail to kontakt@smarald.com, including the order number or proof of purchase and a photo of the defect. Please send the product to us only when we ask you to.

6. Territory

The guarantee applies to deliveries within the European Union, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

7. Statutory rights

The guarantee is free of charge for you. Your statutory rights in respect of defects against the seller exist in addition to this guarantee and are not restricted by it.
